Sakura Stand NPCs

Find known Sakura Stand quest, shop, travel, storage, and utility NPCs by role and verify their current dialogue and location.

Sakura Stand NPCs can begin quests, sell items, store abilities, move players between areas, or explain systems. This list uses names documented on the Official Sakura Stand Trello plus dated route reports. Treat every position and price as a current-game check because updates can move characters or revise their dialogue.

Utility and service NPCs

The board documents Santi as a fast-travel NPC and Simple as storage. Before paying or moving an ability, read the full current menu. Confirm destination, price, storage slot, and whether the action equips, stores, or replaces something.

Auddy is associated with Auddy’s Shop. Other named service or shop figures in the older board include Chxmei, Jeffy, Milkytillys, BumbyPuddin, Collector, Drago, and Coffee. Their exact contemporary stock or function must come from live dialogue.

Do not assume an NPC name describes the service. Open the interaction and record the button labels. If the price or item differs from an old card, use the current screen.

Quest NPCs

Hika is placed at the Sakura Park bus stop by the official board and is linked with Stop Sign and Anubis-related progression. Aizen is associated with Aizen’s Lab and a quest continuation. Turtle Polnareff and other themed figures also appear in older NPC or quest records.

July 2026 community reporting places Naoya at the Dojo and Choso near the Silver Chariot Tunnel. These are useful starting locations, not permanent coordinates. Confirm the displayed name and active quest in the current server.

For every quest NPC, capture prerequisites and the first objective before leaving. Return after each completed stage; many chains reveal requirements sequentially.

Safe NPC interaction

Record your current cash, Tokens, ability, inventory, and quest before choosing an option. Read confirmation text. For storage, verify the destination slot; for travel, verify the destination; for a purchase, verify price and exact item; for a quest, verify the tracker.

Click once and wait for the interface to update. Repeated input during lag can buy twice, skip dialogue, or make the result hard to identify. On mobile, close chat and scroll the whole panel before confirming.

If the NPC changes your ability, reopen both equipped and storage screens. A visual transformation is not enough to identify the exact Spec or Stand.

When an NPC is missing

Confirm the official Place ID, current map landmark, server age, active quest, required ability, and event state. An NPC may be inside another zone, behind a quest gate, or moved after a patch. Try a current public server once.

Use current signage and nearby characters instead of an old coordinate. If a dated walkthrough clearly shows the area, compare building shape and entrance, then look for live labels. Do not use teleport scripts or external programs.

If the NPC cannot be reproduced, describe it as historically documented or community-reported. One empty server does not prove permanent removal.

Building an NPC route

Start at a strong public landmark and visit only NPCs relevant to the same goal. A storage stop before an ability quest protects your current state. A shop stop can supply a required item. A travel NPC can shorten special-zone access. End at the quest giver with the live objective complete.

Write the route as landmark → NPC name → visible function → next landmark. This remains useful longer than left/right directions and exposes when a patch changes one connection.

Verification status: Santi, Simple, Hika, Aizen, Auddy, and other listed names come from the Official Sakura Stand Trello snapshot. Naoya and Choso positions are community-reported in July 2026. Current roles, locations, prices, and requirements need live confirmation.
